Placing an order: 

We currently offer two options: pick up and local delivery. Once you place your order, simply click on the location under “Subtotal / Shipping” and input your state along with your zip code. You will then be provided with your options based on your location. If local delivery is out of our range, your order will be available for pickup. We can ship upon request.

  • Delivery Schedules
    Our delivery information Saturdays and Sundays From 10am - 5pm We encourage everyone to add a contact phone number so that the driver can get a hold of you during the delivery schedule. If the driver can not get a hold of you, they will either deliver to the address given with a (screenshots taken) or restock the order. If that occurs a restocking fee will be pending and you must pick up your order as we can not afford to encounter another issue.
  • I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
    If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is incorrect kindly notify us via email at with the correct address. Note: - Unfortunately if the incorrect address was giving and no noticed was sent to us prior to the order being shipped, all customers must contact and dispute the issue with the carrier. Once the order is shipped it is out of our control. This applies to those whom had the products shipped upon request. Others - Delivery Immediately contact us to avoid any transaction or rerouting fees. If the driver is on route to a incorrect location you will be billed a fee and must be paid in full to receive your order.
  • I was unable to pickup my order, what can I do?
    We can only hold your order for two days after your pick up notification has been sent, so please plan your pick up accordingly. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any sort of prolonged orders for storage. Therefore your order(s) must be picked up within the four days of placing your order. If you are unable to accomplish this, will result in a loss of entire order and placing a new order would be required.   • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes you may. Please contact costumer service as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • How do you ship the ice creams?
    Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice Dry ice may dissipate in transit Do not remove dry ice with bare hands Upon arrival, immediately place ice cream in the freezer for 2-4 hours before opening them. This will be the best temperature for you to dig in and enjoy.
  • I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
    Absolutely! Please send us an email to and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, if you wish to get a prompt response, please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.
